doTerra's compensation plan is designed for long term residual income.  You can earn an income through Retail Sales, The Fast Start Program, the Unilevel Bonus, and the Power of 3 Bonus.  doTerra's generous compensation plan pays you on a weekly and monthly basis.  As your team grows your residual income will increase dependent upon your team volume and structure.  In order to maximize your commissions consultants must place a monthly order of 100 (PV) or enroll in the auto ship program with a 100 (PV) order. Consultants enrolled in the auto ship program will earn up to 30% of credit points that can be cashed in for free doTerra products.

Fast Start Bonus—Enjoy weekly checks and an accelerated earning period when you sponsor new Consultants. The Fast Start Bonus is designed to put income into the pockets of qualifying Consultants very quickly. dōTerra will pay all qualified Consultants an accelerated bonus on all commissionable volume from newly enrolled Consultants for their first 30 days. This 30 day period is called the Fast Start period.
