My name is Lil
Shepherd; I am very passionate about pure, potent, DoTERRA
essential oils. I have 19 grandchildren and I love it when
the little ones kick their shoes off and say, “Rub my toes with
oils grandma”. I find it very rewarding when a family
member or friend asks, “What oil would you use for . . . .
?” I feel there is definitely a place in our life for
doctors of western medicine, but it’s also very clear to me that
each individual has charge of their own personal health and can
do much to relieve, comfort, sooth, and enhance their health
with diet, exercise, and DoTERRA Essential Oils!
Anytime I
choose to use essential oils to assist someone with a present
challenge in their life the results are always amazing!
The most precious experience recently is when my father was in a
coma, at home, and hospice was assisting him with passing from
this life to the next. I was given a bottle of
suppositories to use if he got a high fever, which did happen.
Rather than using the suppositories I rubbed peppermint oil on
his feet, neck, and forehead, which immediately drove the fever
away. I cannot express the gratitude I felt in my heart
for the knowledge and availability of a wonderful product to
care for my father in such a kind and loving way
I have been using essential oils for over six years and I have a
list of ‘favorites’. However, at the top of my list is
frankincense. I have been taking frankincense internally
for almost four years due to a health condition in the base of
my brain. The alternative was to take medication used on
patients with seizures. I am so grateful frankincense has
remedied my health concern, with the bonus of no adverse
side effects.
